Instagram Publication fails on latest Docker image version

Describe the bug

Attempting to stream with the Instagram publication fails but succeeds when handled as a standard RTMP service.

It reports a "Conversion Failed" error.

To Reproduce

1. Ensure you've created a player and are streaming to it
2. Add Instagram and follow the provided instructions to get your stream key, ensure it is enabled
3. Start streaming

Expected behavior I expect it to start streaming to Instagram

Additional context

I'm noticing that Instagram seems to have a "RTMP" URL now when going through the setup instructions and the logs indicate it's trying to connect to Instagram.com, not the RTMP URL.

i've the same issue, configure a custom rtmps solves the issue :D
