Change default srt latency value in listener mode

Good morning, I would like to bring up the subject again, because I am really at an impasse... I need to change latency of srt stream in listener mode in restreamer... I want to reuse the stream in reencode... but unfortunately the default value of the restreamer server latency does not suit my setup... I look forward to your help and suggestions. THANKS.... In SRT the client and the server negotiate the latency. If the client (the one who sends to Restreamer) sets a higher latency than the server, this higher latency will be used on the server as well.

Good morning, thank you for your response. that's what I thought. However, it only works when I put the server in caller mode and my flow sending by 4G aggregation in listener mode. I did tests in round trip mode, to see if it impacted the timing. if I increase my latency on the caller flow towards the listener server, I do not notice any difference. that's why I would like to change the server latency... Is this possible? if yes, how? Looking forward to your return.

To be more precise, after other tests, the latency negation works with vmix and my kiloview box, but not with my srt linkpi boxes... That's why, if I had control over server-side latency, I'm sure I wouldn't have a latency negotiation problem...
