proxypass or iframe not function

I installed restreamer and hooked up my cams via rtsp without any problems. Now having an apache in front with various sites I need to expose streaming via proxypass or iframe pointing to the internal streamer. The proxy pass works but in part or it tells me that it does not find index.html if I put the full html address in the url by hand then it works, but I would like to point to the site directly. while with iframe appears blank page. will you help me please I'm crazy for this problem?
