repeated buffering of local stream and broadcast

Describe the bug With a single local stream, the player is frequently buffering (spinning wheel).

To Reproduce Webcam published via Crowsnest (part of Klipper/Mainsail), accessible via an HTTP URL. Add the URL to Restreamer as a video source. Watch the livestream.

Expected behavior No buffering, especially locally.

• Version: Version 1.50.125 Chromium: 112.0.5615.165 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional context Systems are connected via a wired gigabit link. Throughput between the systems tests at line rate (113MB/s).

I've also watched the same URL stream via VLC for prolonged periods with no buffering or feed lags.

I've added the same URL as a media source in OBS and watched the stream for a prolonged period, no buffering or feed lags. I've also published the stream via OBS to Twitch with no lags or buffering in the published stream.

I've tried various different bitrates for the video in Restreamer, all end up buffering.
