Test: check if listed country name actually exists

If column header is country, or some variation, check to see if the names match the following versions of country's name:

• Full Name, e.g. United Kingdom
• Postal abbreviation, e.g. UK

Flag any names that do not match current countries listed by Natural Earth. Here's a current list of countries to help check a column against.
