While running "pip install -e ." I got the following ReadtimeoutError:

I am running on Mac OS.

I tried "pip --default-timeout=1000 install -e ." instead and it finished with one error: 51601493730_ pic_hd

My environment: Python 3.6.8 (Anaconda) Pip 19.1.1 OSX 10.15.3
