Add GitHub Actions CI Testing

Since you already have tests set up for your code, could you please add CI testing to have them automatically run on new PRs with GitHub actions? It's fairly easy to set up given existing tests and it's free.

I just got an email from travis CI for my PR and I can see the config file, but travis appears to not be integrated with github correctly for this repo? You can't see runs on the PRs or commits themselves
