New Gujarat districts are missing & Surat constituencies are clubbed into one

Gujarat has 7 new districts which are missing from the maps - Aravalli, Gir Somnath, Botad, Chhota Udepur, Mahisagar, Morbi and Devbhoomi Dwarka. Also Surat actually has a lot of constituencies but in the geo-coordinates they are all clubbed under "surat east" and other are just missing - Katargam, Surat West, Varachha Road, Karanj, Surat North, Udhana, Olpad etc.
