Chennai metropolitan area was expanded from 1189 sq.km to 5904 sq.km in 2022. I've added the geoJSON file and kml file for the expanded boundary.

@karthi209 Thanks for the data. Can you also add information about the datasets and the source in the Readme.md file in the Chennai folder ?
