Tried this repo to run locally but its not working and also from its readme, i tried this one

https://github.com/datamade/councilmatic-starter-template to make app locally and run, but this is also failing with. logs

Also this repo is only for running test, so let me know if this is possible to run it on production server? As no description/docs is provided.
