Add UI support for mobile browser

The Seq UI is lovely on a desktop; however, it does not seem to support small form factors such as smartphone browsers. Using touch to navigate around the pages is difficult as only touching the top bar at the very top of the UI allows me to navigate horizontally, vertically, or zoom.
