I don't think it's done, and the Jira issue refers to merging with https://github.com/datalogics/pdf-java-toolkit-samples/pull/117, which was closed.

Since I have it marked as WIP, it's probably not done, and it's not on my roadmap. I am okay with someone taking it over, or the PR closed, at your discretion.
