Support Sketch 47 Symbol from Libraries

Be great if the toggle can work with a symbol from a Sketch Library.

I'm starting to put all my reusable symbols into Sketch Libraries. Unfortunately, if I toggle my spec layers on/off those layers inside a Sketch Library are not toggled.
