Replacing Highcharts visualizations with D3

Using Highcharts in project means that you need to buy license. To get rid of this step we need to move to opensource stack (D3 was chosen).

This is an epic task, we need to realise next milestones are:

• support all visualisations and functionality in ChartKit library (issues)
• support this new D3 visualisations in Wizard and Ql for creating new charts on D3 (issue)
• migrate charts which was created on Highcharts to D3 config
