Authorization / Object ACLs

Scope of this task:

  • Ability to configure ACLs on workbooks and collections
  • Ability to configure row-level permissions for datasets

Any updates? Will be nice to have this feature - at the moment this is significant blocker for use datalens in production

We have released vertical roles with Zitadel: https://github.com/datalens-tech/datalens?tab=readme-ov-file#authentication-beta — you can check them out. They can be used to implement basic global roles (viewer / editor).

Full-featured object-level ACLs are currently planned for our commercial on-premise version. This decision might be changed in the future, but no promises yet.
