LSP Support for the Notebook

Problem

Bring LSP to the Notebook

LSP has been added recently (a few weeks) to latest JupyterLab alpha release. I had a quick look and was not able to make it work in vanilla jupyterlab. I was thinking to open an issue, but maybe I have not been able to configure it correctly, maybe also by missing documentation, or how-to on jupyterlab side. @krassowski any point for a state-of-LSP in jupyterlab would be much appreciated.
