not such a file

I am not using vs code, I use anaconda isstead to install, I created and named "pdf_input" and "pdf output" as the folder name and the path is "C:\pdf_input" and "C:\pdf_output" , but terminal continue to tell me error, not such a file call, isn't this is the path? since i don't understand code, I don't how to use vs code to install
