1.3.0-Release Tag has wrong version in helm chart

In the 1.3.0-Release tag of the Druid Infra HQ Operator repository, the Helm chart contains incorrect version values. The expected versions are appVersion: 1.3.0 and chartVersion: 0.3.9, but the chart currently lists appVersion: 1.2.5 and chartVersion: 0.3.8. This mismatch prevents me from referencing the 1.3.0-Release tag to correctly pull the intended images in our production system.

Could this be corrected to reflect the proper versions as per the release tag? Please let me know if additional details are needed.

Actual Behavior: appVersion: 1.2.5 Chart version: 0.3.8 Impact:

Unable to reliably pull the correct images for production deployment using the 1.3.0-Release tag.
