Describe the bug Cannot onboard users using invite link, after users submit, the web console throw

Native authentication is not enabled on the server

although AUTH_NATIVE_ENABLED=true

To Reproduce Deploy using quickstart.sh using DATAHUB_VERSION=v0.12.1

Expected behavior User can register using invite link
