Missing lineage between Looker/LookML Ingestion Sources

Describe the bug

A Community member observed the following issue with Looker lineage on v0.9.2:

1. LookML ingestion is working correctly, linking Views and Explores
2. Looker API ingestion is working correctly, linking Charts and Dashboards
3. However, lineage edges between the two ingestion sources are not consistently captured, resulting in Charts missing links back to their relevant Explores

Expected behavior After running both LookML and Looker API ingestion sources, Charts should reliably be linked back to Explores
