Describe the bug Redshift lineage does not capture create table as select lineage

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In redshift cluster, execute statement - create table <tablename_a> as select * from <tablename_b>
2. ingest data lineage from the cluster
3. tablename_a should have lineage connection with tablename_b
4. There is no lineage connection

Expected behavior There should be a lineage connection between the two tables
