DataHub Actions container has incorrect CLI version

Describe the bug When using the official datahub action container from https://hub.docker.com/layers/acryldata/datahub-actions/v1.3.0.1/images/sha256-3fb09b9ce3ee834874904b69592e199c7a44b60202a63302e017f44fcb5e7b09 it reports that the cli version is incorrect.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Deploy official image
2. Run Glue ingestion (i assume it happens with others, but i use glue)
3. Look at logs when run completes
4. See error ❗Client-Server Incompatible❗ Your client version 1.2.0.5 is older than your server version 1.3.0.1. Upgrading the cli to 1.3.0.1 is recommended. ➡️ Upgrade via "pip install 'acryl-datahub==1.3.0.1'"

I have verified that we do not have references to 1.2.* in any of our deployment related configs, so this does not seem to be a case of our system telling the container to install an older version.

Expected behavior I expect the official v1.3.0.1 image to contain the correct cli version and not throw warnings during ingestion.
