UI for Column Tags filtering in View has a few issues

Describe the bug

1. The counts are all 0, which is incorrect
2. Views filters split out 'Column Tags' and 'Tags', but the search filter groups both under 'Tags' which makes it more confusing. Also there is still a non-functional 'FieldTags' option that appears (instead of 'Column Tags'), but is non-functional.
3. Field tag dropdown looks like it doesn't work

To Reproduce Apply a view with column tag filters

Expected behavior

1. Expect the counts beside tags to display a non-zero number or not display count at all
2. Expect 'FieldTags' to be called 'Column Tag'
3. Expect tag filter dropdowns to work as they do when no view is applied

Inconsistent split:

FieldTags Dropdown looks non-fuctional, and the 'Tag' actually pre-filters to a Column Tag in the view..
