Adding missing messages to already extracted mailing lists

Especially in case of LISTSERV 16.5 mailing archives, where some mailing lists can be 100k messages long, it would be very beneficial if the already scraped lists can be updated with the messages that appeared after the mailing list was scraped. This saves an enormous of time&energy.
