Some email collections will have a footer common to every message at the end of each email. This is the case for example for Google Groups exported from an inbox.

We need a method that detects the footer of these messages by finding the maximally sized tailing string across all emails.

If this method includes a filtering option, this can also be used for signature detection. See #88
