Add import & export support for Google Data Catalog entries

My team uses Google Data Catalog to manage our schemas in GCS. Adding the ability to import and export Data Catalog Entry json files is necessary for us to complete a migration to using datacontracts as a single source of truth.

I plan to start working on a PR for this in the next couple of weeks!
