Currently, the Economy topic is very US-centric. We should consider adding some SVs to the Topic which can also produce data for international locations, e.g. for China.

When we return a chart with a variable that is opposite in meaning (but related in semantic terms), we can get the ranking wrong.  Not clear how to handle...
