How to access local endpoint from BASE_URL /nodejs/query

I have followed the method from Quickstart - Docs - Data Commons. to upload sample dataset in datacommons and I was able to load the website and query from UI. But couldn't find any documentation on how to integrate the local data commons api in datacommonsorg/llm-tools to use in the RIG model, I can not find what to replace _BASE_URL for the file in data_gemma/datacommons.py.
