NL: Add support for SV1 vs. SV2 for a specific place

We support SV1 vs. SV2 in the correlation context (i.e., sub-places in a parent). But we should answer something like "how many students are in private school vs public school in rio de janeiro" by comparing the two SVs in a single bar chart.
