Some stat vars without data are in the stat var explorer e.g. https://autopush.datacommons.org/tools/statvar#Count_Person_10000To14999InflationAdjustedUSDCurrentYear_Female_WithEarnings_FullTimeYearRoundWorker (under Economy > Employment > Gender > Female > Earnings > 16 years or more ...

There doesn't seem to be any stat var obs for this (bq) so we should filter these from the hierarchy of all our tools.
