Cannot see all components when editing job in different resolution

When I open a job which has been created on a monitor with a high resolution on a monitor with a lower resolution, it is possible I don't see all components and thus cannot configure some components.

I can workaround this by changing the coordinates of the components in the job's xml file before opening it, or use a higher resolution, this only happens on a relative "old" monitor with a relative "low" resultion.

Still pretty terrible. We should show scrollbars in those cases.
