Error while editing the encodying of HDFS resource datastore

Error while trying to edit the encoding of a HDFS resource.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create and save a datastore with an encoding other than the default one.
2. Edit the datastore

Observed behavior:

1. In the dialog will the appear the default encoding, not the saved one.
