Seems too little material on merge now but I also see no obvious deficiencies. I would omit the update possibilities for now.

ok, will add a challenge so that students can practice using the merge command. I'll remove the FIXME.

How do they know when to use a 1:1 merge or 1:m merge. Have we talked about unique keys and dealing with duplicates? Should we? If yes, where in Episode 1 or 4?
