Table in episode 2 is rendered incorrectly

The table in https://datacarpentry.org/spreadsheets-socialsci/02-common-mistakes.html#field-name is rendered at 50% width while the other half is taken up by the subsequent heading.

This issue can be solved through merging #167 😃
