suggestion for changing episode #2 description

I noticed that the descriptions for episode #2 in the schedule (formatting data tables in spreadsheets) has the same description as #3 (formatting problems). I would like to suggest that the title for #2 be changed from "What are some common challenges with formatting data in spreadsheets and how can we avoid them?" to "What are some best practices for formatting data in spreadsheets and how can we implement them?". I feel this new description incorporates the idea that we are covering not just the pitfalls to avoid, but also the practices to adopt, it just feels a bit more positive, and we already kind of have an episode dedicated to identifying problems.
