Expect learners to have completed the setup steps in episode 2

How could the content be improved?

The first section of episode 2 (Creating a new OR project) has four links that refer back to the setup page. It almost feels like we expect that learners have not completed the setup steps at this point in the lesson.

I think we can:

• [ ] Add a reminder to start OpenRefine in episode 1
• [ ] Remove the reminders from episode 2
• [ ] Note in the setup section about the data to save the file somewhere where it can be found

Of course I am open to different opinions.
