Adding section on using GenAI for getting help

Please briefly summarise the changes made in the pull request, and the reason(s) for making these changes. At the end of episode 3 (how-r-thinks-about-data.Rmd), I included a section about using Generative AI to get help. It should be a continuation on the callout included in "The data.frame" section, so I hope the first paragraph I added is able to make the connection with that callout.
