added instructor note about environment pane

I gave my teaching demo on this section and I received some valuable feedback around creating salient connections for learners between the environment pane, code in script, and outputs in the console. I found this to be a valuable point of feedback as an instructor and wanted to share this information with the community.

Thank you for contributing this suggestion, @jwinston00. This lesson underwent a major reorganisation when #887 was merged, and the episode that you suggested this Instructor Note be added to no longer exists. Unfortunately, that means I am going to have to close this pull request.

I'm sorry your contribution was not merged sooner, but I believe your Instructor Note would still improve the latest version of the lesson, perhaps at the beginning of the The data.frame section. If you would be willing to update your fork and open a new pull request adding this note to that episode, I or one of the Maintainers will be delighted to review and merge it.
