Changing the error messages

Hello, For a while, I am looking for the file where the error messages are defined. I want to change the language of them but I can't seem to find them. Can you help me?

Is it the submission correctness test messages you want to translate? That feedback system is testwhat. Many testwhat functions have arguments where you can provide custom feedback (which can be in the language of your choice), but the default messages are in English (for now without an easy way to modify them).
