Building a dashboard tool

I plan on building some interactive data vis for this tutorial a la this issue: https://github.com/hugobowne/COVID-19-EDA-tutorial/issues/6

After this, it would be awesome to build a basic dashboarding tool. I've always wanted to use streamlit: https://www.streamlit.io/

and was really inspired by the work of @mdbecker and team on CHIME: http://predictivehealthcare.pennmedicine.org/2020/03/14/accouncing-chime.html

wanted to surface this to @paras009, who has been helping on this project.

also perhaps @machow could weigh in, as he has worked with streamlit?
