[EPIC] - Multi-Workspace deploy from single workspace
It's likely possible to capture Overwatch data for all workspaces from a single workspace.
This will require some refactoring and some additional configuration changes.
Overwatch should allow for deployment from a single workspace as well as a per workspace deployment. Customers want the ability to do both.
Update -- Things are progressing nicely -- on track for delivery with 0.6.1.2. Stay tuned.
@Sriram-databricks -- beware this globalFilter -- I don't think this will need any changes for multi-workspace deployments but please keep this in mind. This is the critical global filter to ensure all data for each workspaces stays in it's own partition.
