for 12.2 LTS all gpu optimized nodes are disabled

I am not able to select p4 as mentioned on github page and standard doesnt even show up. I am using the premium account

You need to select a 12.2 ML GPU runtimes to see GPU instance types. (Also, and this bugs me, you need to unselect "Use Photon" to see them.)
