Update `having_columns` documentation to make it clear that this is an OR search, not AND

I had assumed that by providing two columns to having_columns I would only get tables that had both columns, but after some failed optimize commands and further inspection it appears that having_columns creates an OR query.

This should be updated in the documentation to make it clear.
