[FEATURE] passthrough for federated credntials between azure and databricks

When creating resources in Azure using federated credentials, it would be great if their was a passthrough to the databricks provider, so the same can be used between azure and databricks. Right now we are unable to federate to azure and databricks in the same databricks package.
