gpu-conda cuda 11 based dockerfile is broken

I am trying to build a image from gpu-conda dockerfile based on cuda 11 and it seems to be broken. I get an error when it tries to run the installation of miniconda. See the screenshot attached. The docker file I am trying to run is also attached. dockerfile-gpu-conda

I just succesfully built this so I guess it's fixed?
