Integration tests of this accelerator cannot be passed because of limitations in the testing environments

Currently model serving is not enabled on the testing workspaces. Integration test would fail on notebook 05.

Can you please explain what does it mean in details? I would like to know if I cannot deploy the model using a regular databricks account before starting to work on this project. Other databricks-industry-solutions repos on llm are not up to date and cannot run on the available runtimes. It would be useful to know what runtime that is currently available must be used.
