Add full audit log for shares

It would be a good idea for shares to show a full audit log with things like:

• who (exact person) created the share when with what reason (we already see this)
• who (exact person) approved or rejected the share with what reason
• what share modifications have been made if share reason has been changed or new items were added or removed
• when it was submitted or re-submitted
• when it was approved or re-approved
• what were all state transitions for items at what time when were they failed, revoked etc..

The audit log should show the full trace of what exactly was happening with the share every single button click, change and who exactly was doing it. We have folks asking for this to make sure that there's full audibility in case there's any issues.

Hi @zsaltys, nice feature. Would the audit be visible in the UI? or would it be used by data.all admins in case needed?

Removing from v2.7 in favor of #1332 as per request from customer to prioritize it.
