[BUG] Unable to add row filter on dataset tables

Describe the bug

After upgrading to v2.7.0 , data.all doesn't allow adding row filters

How to Reproduce

Deploy v2.7.0

1. Create a dataset with a glue db having some glue table
2. Goto Dataset -> Click on the table
3. Goto Data Filters tab -> Add a filter
4. Select row and add some row expression
