[Feature Enhancement] UI / error message for finding what resources are consumed by consumption role

Is your idea related to a problem? Please describe. In data.all , a consumption role can be attached to the env. This role can be used in shares. Currently when trying to delete consumption role and if the consumption role is used in some shares or someplace else, there is no way to tell from the error which pops-up on the screen

Describe the solution you'd like Provide a more descriptive error to tell where the consumption role is being used
