Add Gen AI support for metadata forms

As part of https://github.com/data-dot-all/dataall/issues/1065 I would like data.all to offer Gen AI capabilities to look at my glue schemas and my underlying data (if enabled) to propose values for all my metadata form fields. I would like the UI to be very easy to use and have a single icon to click on the every field which would suggest a value I can use which I can edit before saving.

Hi @zsaltys, first genAI github issue. One question, the genAI feature refers to the generation of metadata values right? not the metadata form #metadata forms developed in https://github.com/data-dot-all/dataall/issues/1065?
